Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of this website and portal. They are not your service agreement. If you decide to work with us, you will receive a separate written contract and the disclosures required by law before any work begins and before you are charged anything.
What we do
ClearPath Lux Solutions LLC reviews consumer credit reports, explains what they contain, and helps prepare disputes of information that is inaccurate, incomplete or unverifiable.
What we do not do
- We do not remove accurate information. Information that is accurate, current and verifiable cannot be removed from your credit report by anyone.
- We do not promise a score, a number of points, or a timeframe. Results depend on what is actually on your reports and how the bureaus and furnishers respond. Results vary from person to person.
- We do not provide legal advice and we are not a law firm, a credit reporting agency, or a lender.
Your right to do this yourself
You have the right to dispute inaccurate information on your own credit reports yourself, for free, without hiring anyone. You can also obtain your credit reports directly from the credit bureaus. You are paying us for guidance and for the work of preparing and managing the process, not for access to a right you already have.
Your right to cancel
You may cancel your service agreement without penalty or obligation within three business days of signing it. Your written agreement will include a separate notice of cancellation explaining exactly how.
Payment
You are never charged before services have been performed. Your written agreement will state exactly what you pay, when, and for what.
The free analysis
The initial analysis of your credit report is provided at no cost and with no obligation. It is educational information about what your report contains. It does not create a client relationship and does not obligate you to purchase anything.
Your account and your documents
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
- Upload documents only through the secure portal. Do not send credit reports or personal identifiers by chat, direct message, text or email.
- The information you give us must be true and accurate. We cannot submit a dispute based on information we know to be false.
Electronic signatures
You may sign documents electronically in your portal. An electronic signature is legally binding. We keep a record of what you signed, when, and from what device. You may request a paper copy of anything you sign instead.
Automated analysis
Your credit report is analyzed with the help of artificial intelligence. A human reviews the result, and nothing is ever submitted on your behalf without your signature. See our Privacy Policy for details about how that works.
Ending the relationship
You may close your account at any time. We may decline or end service if we are asked to do something inaccurate, unlawful, or outside what we do.
